Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with over seven years experience in the Scottish market. He graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2018 with an honours degree in Real Estate and earned MRICS qualification in 2021. Tom forms part of our Glasgow Commercial Agency department, having joined G+S in January 2020. Prior to this, he worked for a global commercial real estate advisory business and latterly another Scottish firm.
His primary focus is to provide lettings, sales and acquisitions on behalf of various clients across many sectors, though mainly industrial, office and land transactions. Tom is also experienced in the property management of extensive investment portfolios (single and multi-let properties). He also offers strategic advice to his clients in relation to their specific commercial property requirements, aiming always to achieve optimal results.
During his time at G+S, Tom has acted on behalf of clients such as LCP, Clyde Gateway, Stelmain, The University of the West of Scotland, Jobs & Business Glasgow, City Property, City Gate Construction and Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited.
