A 12-year real estate veteran who commenced his career in 1996, Mr. Gioia has negotiated over 400 lease and sale transactions totaling over 1.7 million square feet valued in excess of $375,000,000. Specializing in South Orange County, Mr Gioia's expertise includes the sale and lease of retail property and office properties. In addition, mr Gioia specializes in property acquisitions on behalf of private/public investors and individuals in the sale and lease of owner/user opportunities.
