Bio
William joined Colliers in September 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor. He is currently undertaking his first 12 months rotation working in the Licensed and Leisure team, specifically focusing on acquisition and disposals for both freehold and leasehold interests. The role requires industry knowledge across predominately London but also the wider UK, advising clients such as Aberdeen Standard Investments, The Arch Co, Greene King and EG Group.
Having undertaken a placement year while at university, studying an RICS accredited course, Williams next rotation will be into the Valuation and Advisory Services team where he will accumulate Valuation experience to sit the APC in Spring 2025.
