After beginning his real estate career in 1976, Jim Potter founded PR Properties, Inc. in 1989. Since that time, the company has been successful in providing countless property owners and businesses with real estate brokerage and asset management services throughout Southern California. The company currently performs leasing and asset management duties for six multi-tenant industrial projects, one office building and various single and multi-tenant industrial and retail buildings on an ongoing basis. In addition, the company performs leasing duties for several single and multi-tenant industrial and office buildings.
